About PYP Nonprofit Expo

The Pensacola Young Professionals (PYP) Nonprofit Expo is an annual community event designed to connect people with the nonprofit organizations working every day to strengthen and uplift our community.

Launched in 2024, the inaugural PYP Nonprofit Expo brought together more than 30 local nonprofit organizations and many community members for a day of connection, discovery, and impact. Building on that momentum, the 2025 Expo expanded significantly, featuring over 50 nonprofit organizations and highlighting the growing passion for service and civic engagement across Pensacola.

Now, PYP is excited to bring the Nonprofit Expo back for 2026. This free, family-friendly event provides community members with an opportunity to explore a diverse array of local nonprofit organizations, each with a unique mission and commitment to making a difference. Attendees can engage with passionate nonprofit representatives, learn about programs and volunteer opportunities, and discover meaningful ways to get involved.

Whether you are a longtime volunteer, new to the Pensacola area, or simply looking to find a cause that speaks to you, the PYP Nonprofit Expo is a welcoming space to find your cause and find your community.

Admission is free and open to all. Together, let’s continue building a stronger, more compassionate Pensacola.

Register to Attend:

This event is free and open to the public. Attendees of all ages are encouraged to attend and learn more about the incredible nonprofit organizations serving our community. Registration is not required for general admission—simply show up and explore.

Register to Volunteer:

We are seeking volunteers to assist with day-of event logistics, including set-up, check-in, breakdown, and general support. Volunteer shifts are available, and all volunteers play a key role in ensuring a successful event.

PYP Nonprofit Expo Highlights

FAQ 

• DO I HAVE TO BE A PYP MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE?
  • No. You do not need to be a member of Pensacola Young Professionals to attend the event, volunteer, or host a booth on behalf of a nonprofit organization.
• DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND THE NONPROFIT EXPO?
  
  • No. The PYP Nonprofit Expo is free and open to the public,and registration is not required for general admission. Community members areencouraged to simply show up and explore the nonprofit organizations inattendance.
• IS THE EVENT FAMILY-FRIENDLY?
  
  • Yes! The Nonprofit Expo is open to attendees of all ages andis a great opportunity for individuals, families, and groups to learn aboutways to get involved in the community.
• WHERE IS THE NONPROFIT EXPO LOCATED?
  
  • The 2026 PYP Nonprofit Expo will take place at MuseumPlaza in downtown Pensacola.
• WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT TAKE PLACE?
  
  • The event will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    Nonprofit booth set-up begins at 10:00 a.m. and tear-down begins at 1:00p.m.
• HOW CAN A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION PARTICIPATE?
  
  • Local nonprofit organizations can participate by hosting abooth at the Expo. Advanced registration is required, and on-site, day-ofregistration will not be available. Booth participation is free for nonprofits,but space is limited.
• WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A NONPROFIT BOOTH?
  
  • Each nonprofit organization will receive a 10' x 10'outdoor booth space. Nonprofits are responsible for providing their owntent (with weights), tables, chairs, and display materials.
• WILL ELECTRICITY OR WI-FI BE AVAILABLE?
  
  • No. Electricity and Wi-Fi will not be available at theevent. Nonprofits should plan to bring battery-powered devices if needed.
• HOW DO I VOLUNTEER FOR THE NONPROFIT EXPO?
  
  • Individuals interested in volunteering can sign up throughthe volunteer registration form. Volunteer roles include set-up, check-in,general event support, and breakdown.
• WHEN DOES NONPROFIT AND VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION CLOSE?
  
  • Advanced registration for nonprofit booths and volunteerscloses on March 7, 2026.
