The evening will feature four mentor/mentee pairs from the Mentor Pensacola program, who will share their personal experiences, career advice, and best practices for success. It's a unique opportunity to hear directly from those who have navigated the challenges of professional growth and leadership.

• 6:00 p.m. - Welcome from our Chair of Professional Development and Introduction of Moderator and Panelists
• 6:05 p.m. - Mentor/Mentee Leadership Panel Q&A moderated by David Hoffenberg, PYP's Vice President of Workforce Development and Chief Operating Officer at HCA Florida West Hospital
• 6:45 p.m. - Open Q&A from the Audience

About Mentor Pensacola

Mentor Pensacola​ is a professional mentorship program led by Pensacola Young Professionals, in partnership with the Greater Pensacola Chamber, that pairs PYP members with local community leaders. In this one-on-one mentorship, mentors will aid their mentees in refining a career path by helping them set long-term professional goals and providing opportunities to network with other leaders in our community.
