🤝 Service Saturday: JULEP Diaper Bank

PYP members kicked off February with a morning of service at the Junior League of Pensacola, supporting the JULEP Diaper Bank. Volunteers helped wrap and prepare diapers for distribution to families across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. These supplies will be shared at the upcoming Fred Levin Way Fest, ensuring hundreds of families receive essential items for their children. Thank you to everyone who came out to lend a hand and help make a meaningful impact in our community!

🍸 Young Pros Happy Hour & Mentor Pensacola Kick-Off

February’s Young Pros Happy Hour brought members together for an evening of connection and celebration as we officially launched Mentor Pensacola 2026. Mentors and mentees had the opportunity to meet their matches, begin building their relationships, and celebrate the start of an exciting year of professional growth. It was a fantastic night of networking, new connections, and raising a toast to the mentorship journey ahead.

Members gathered for an engaging Professional Development After Hours session focused on Growth-Centered Communication, led by Donte Sheppard. Attendees explored strategies for giving and receiving feedback effectively, navigating difficult conversations, and communicating with intention to strengthen both professional and personal relationships. Our February Coffee & Conversation at Echo Coffee Co. was the perfect way to start the day with meaningful connections. Members and guests enjoyed coffee while networking, sharing ideas, and learning more about Pensacola Young Professionals. These casual gatherings continue to be a great opportunity for both new and longtime members to connect and build relationships within the PYP community.
