🍻 Young Pros Happy Hour + Mentor Pensacola Celebration

We wrapped up the 2025 Mentor Pensacola program with a celebratory Young Pros Happy Hour honoring the mentors and mentees who dedicated their time to growth, connection, and leadership this year.

💓 Service Saturday: Northwest Florida Heart Walk

PYP members showed up early and strong to support the American Heart Association at the Northwest Florida Heart Walk. Volunteers helped with event setup, participated in the walk, and assisted with breakdown—all while honoring survivors, remembering loved ones, and promoting heart-healthy living.

✨ PD After Hours: The Power of Engagement

Our November PD After Hours featured Donte Shepard, who led an engaging and insightful discussion on aligning people, phases of work, and best practices for stronger impact. Attendees walked away with practical strategies for fostering engagement, strengthening collaboration, and driving results.

📚 Books & Bubbles: A PYP Brunch Club (Launch Event)

We officially launched Books & Bubbles, PYP’s newest member-exclusive initiative, with a thoughtful and energizing brunch by the beach. Members gathered to discuss What Matters Next by Kate O’Neill, sharing perspectives on leadership, technology, and human-centered decision-making.

☕ Coffee & Conversation at Coffee Guy Café

Our November Coffee & Conversation brought young professionals together for a casual morning of networking, conversation, and caffeine. New faces and longtime members alike enjoyed connecting across industries, sharing ideas, and learning more about PYP in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

🎄 PYP Holiday Soirée

We closed out 2025 in style at our annual Holiday Soirée, celebrating the leaders, members, mentors, mentees, and community partners who made the year such a success. Guests enjoyed networking, holiday cheer, and an open bar while exploring the iconic Trader Jon’s Exhibit in the Pensacola Museum of History!

🎒 Service Saturday: Children’s Home Society Holiday Wish Card Drive

PYP volunteers wrapped up the year by giving back during the Children’s Home Society Holiday Wish Card Drive. Members worked in small teams to sort gifts and assist with data entry—helping ensure holiday wishes were fulfilled for children and youth across Northwest Florida.
