PYP Announces 3rd Annual Youth Peace Walk

We are excited to announce our 3rd Annual Youth Peace Walk in support of the International Day of Peace.

In 2023, our focus is igniting the power of togetherness, as we explore imaginative avenues towards a path of enhanced unity, equality, justice, empowerment, inclusivity, sustainability, and well-being. Through collaboration and mutual support, we hope to craft a world that embodies these ideals for a brighter tomorrow. The theme for this year's International Day of Peace is Better Together: Harnessing Unity for a Brighter Future.

We invite you to join Pensacola Young Professionals’ efforts as we focus on recovering better for a more equitable and peaceful world. Help us celebrate peace by standing up against acts of hate, by spreading compassion, kindness, and hope.

The Youth Peace Walk will take place on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at Dunwoody Park.

Join us between 5:45-6pm to make some new friends, grab a snack, and some sign making supplies. Sign making items will be provided. We will embark on our unity walk at 6:30pm around the perimeter of Dunwoody Park.
