Pensacola Young Professionals Announces the 2026 PYP Nonprofit Expo

Pensacola, FL – Pensacola Young Professionals (PYP) is excited to announce the return of the PYP Nonprofit Expo, a free, community-focused event designed to connect residents with local nonprofit organizations making a meaningful impact in our area. The 2026 PYP Nonprofit Expo will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Museum Plaza.

The PYP Nonprofit Expo brings together nonprofit organizations, volunteers, supporters, and community members for a day centered on connection, collaboration, and community impact. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with nonprofit leaders, learn about local causes, discover volunteer opportunities, and find meaningful ways to get involved in the Pensacola community.

Building on the success of past years, the Expo continues to grow in reach and impact. The 2024 Nonprofit Expo featured more than 30 nonprofit organizations, while the 2025 Expo expanded to over 50 participating nonprofits—highlighting Pensacola’s strong and growing nonprofit sector.

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Museum Plaza
Admission: Free and open to the public. No registration is required for general admission—community members are encouraged to simply show up, explore, and engage with the nonprofit organizations in attendance.

Call for Nonprofit Organizations: Host a Booth

Local nonprofit organizations are invited to host a booth at the 2026 PYP Nonprofit Expo to share their mission, programs, and opportunities with the community.

Booth Information:

• Advanced registration is required for all nonprofit booths
• Booth registration is free for participating nonprofits
• On-site, day-of registration will not be available
• Registration deadline: March 7, 2026

Nonprofits will have the opportunity to connect with hundreds of attendees, recruit volunteers, and network with fellow organizations and community leaders.

Volunteer Opportunities Available

PYP is also seeking volunteers to assist with day-of event logistics, including set-up, check-in, breakdown, and general event support. Volunteer shift options are available through the registration form.
