March All Star: Rachel Stuart

Apr 7, 2020

Congratulations to our March All-Star, Rachel! We love her passion for the Pensacola area and can’t wait to see what else she does for our community!

Place of Employment: Ben Franklin Academy (the school is in ATL, but I work remotely)

Tenure in PYP: Since January 2020

Other Organizations: We just moved here, but I am hoping in the near future to get involved with Habitat for Humanity, NPR, and the USO.

Favorite thing about Pensacola: Everywhere I go, people are friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know you and helping you!

Favorite thing about PYP:  I love that PYP is ambitious in its efforts to make the lives of our friends and neighbors better. I love that this group does not hesitate to dig into hard work or difficult topics, but instead, we collectively work on doing what needs to get done to make individuals, the organization and the community great.

What do you feel YPs can do to be a catalyst for positive change in our community?

Young Professionals’ voices and influence matter so when we use our voices to enrich the lives of others, we are doing our part to make a difference.

If you know a PYP member who has gone above and beyond in the organization and our community, please nominate them to be a PYP All-Star!
