Morgan Luongo, Vice President of Networking

Employment: Director of Strategy & Analytics, Anesthesia Management Solutions

Tenure in PYP: I originally joined PYP upon returning to Pensacola following college graduation in June 2013 but then moved away in August 2014 to pursue my Masters. Since my return in March 2018, I have emerged an active member and serve as the Vice President of Networking.

What other organizations are you involved with?: Fiesta of Five Flags, Fiesta Forces, St. Christopher’s Young Adults, USTA Florida Adult League

Favorite thing about Pensacola: I am pleased to say that Pensacola is my home. I was born and raised here and have a large number of family members who live in the area. I’ve moved away and returned twice which confirmed that there is no other place I want to grow roots and raise a family. Knowing that my family has had generations before and after me that have all walked down Palafox Street instills a special place in my heart for this city. Watching Pensacola drastically grow over the last 10 years makes me extremely excited for the years to come!


Favorite thing about PYP: Being an active member of PYP allows me to meet new like minded young professionals in the greater Pensacola. Like me, these people have chosen to make Pensacola their home and are striving to make a positive and lasting impact on the community they live in and love. Additionally, one of PYP’s goals is to have a place for everyone. Whether an individual is interested in Professional Development, Networking, Economic Development, Governmental Affairs, Community Volunteering, etc., PYP has a place for them.

What do you feel YPs can do to be a catalyst for positive change in our community? I believe that young professionals within the Pensacola community need to remain actively educated and involved in community organizations and events to provide the positive impact that we all strive to help develop the Pensacola area.
