Leadership applications typically open in February and March for positions beginning April unless vacancies are eligible to be refilled mid-year. Let us know if you'd like to get involved and we'll let you know if any positions become available or what other opportunities we have.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors and Leadership Team are comprised of PYP members in good standing who have been active members and are now interested in taking on a major leadership role in the organization. The board meets once a month and provides recommendations and feedback on new PYP initiatives.
The Board of Directors is made up of 11 voting board members and 1 ex-officio member. Each VP has a dedicated coordinator (“leadership”) to assist in the programing and workload for their respective roles.
Most Board of Director and Leadership Team positions are one-year terms with an option to renew for a second year. Board Applications typically open in January and selection occurring in February. New board members begin their terms in April.

Meg is the only paid employee of Pensacola Young Professionals and is charged with keeping all of the PYP wheels turning on a day-to-day basis. She’s been a member of PYP since 2012, has served various leadership positions including President (2018-19), and began as an employee in 2021. Her passion is to strategically align and support the goals of PYP and its members in order to retain and develop top talent for our community, one relationship at a time.
