The Pensacola MESS Hall is seeking volunteers to serve on the board of directors. The MESS Hall is a hands on science museum with a mission to inspire curiosity, experimentation, and creative problem solving through the exploration of math, engineering, science and stuff. During the past year we welcomed approximately 10,000 visitors to explore our museum, with an additional 7,000 learners visiting on field trips. As a community science organization, we reach beyond our building, and last year our outreach programs reached nearly 14,000 people, including 2000 at our annual Gulf Coast Science Festival. More information about the MESS Hall is available at our website.
Board members shape the vision and direction of this growing organization, connecting the MESS Hall through the community. Meetings are approximately monthly, on Monday evenings.
