The Development Coordinator is a professional position under the supervision of the Marketing Communications Director. This position is a Fair Labor Standards Salaried/Non-Exempt position. The person in this position is responsible for activities related to fundraising and resource development in accordance with the strategic plans and goals of the organization. Considerable judgment in the frame of professional knowledge must be exercised daily. Employee must use discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance. This position requires integrity, trustworthiness, excellent organizational and communication skills, high levels of public contact, and the ability to accurately and concisely portray agency goals and values. Every employee is required to adhere to Council on Aging of West Florida policies and procedures.
