What are some of your favorite things about Pensacola:
Diversity! Between the beautiful beaches, many festivals, races, University/College events, local performing arts and military/historical attractions there is always something interesting to see or do. My husband and I moved here three years ago for the affordable coastal lifestyle. We love that we live within 30 minutes of two incredible beaches, and enjoy entertaining our families who come and visit us now!
What is your favorite thing about PYP?
Meeting the future leaders of Escambia County and the City of Pensacola. The PYP members have already become friends and provided valuable networking connections.
What do you feel YPs can do to be a catalyst for positive change in our community?
Not give up or get scared, have an attitude of abundance and pay it forward! We are already demonstrating a willingness to learn, grow and give back. We need to make sure not to be discouraged by the long road ahead and the opposition to our new ideas. We also need to support each other with an attitude of abundance because the market is big enough, global even, to support many leaders, entrepreneurs, businesses and ideas.
